The present invention relates to an adjuvant for poultry Newcastle disease vaccine, which comprises: about 35.0 parts by weight to 95.0 parts by weight of oil agent about 1.0 part by weight to 5.0 parts by weight of emulsifier about 2.0 parts by weight to 10.0 parts by weight of gum extract about 1.0 part by weight to 15.0 parts by weight of buffer agent and about 1.0 part by weight to 5.0 parts by weight of surfactant. In actual application, a mixing ratio (Adg:Vat) of the adjuvant (Adj) for poultry Newcastle disease vaccine to the antigen solution (Vat) for poultry Newcastle disease is between 1:5 (v/v) to 1:1 (v/v).
