Disclosed is an anhydrous topical formulation for the treatment of papillary tubercles, nail diseases and nail care, including one or more active ingredients, at least one C1-C4 alkyl ester of lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, undecanoic acid, or undecenoic acid as carrier and optional physiologically compatible auxiliary substances.
