PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sit-to-stand motion assist device configured to facilitate installation work of the sit-to-stand motion assist device with an overturn prevention mechanism.SOLUTION: An overturn prevention mechanism 9 of a sit-to-stand motion assist device 1 comprises: a height adjustment body 10 that is vertically movably disposed on a mounting part 7 or a support part 3 of the sit-to-stand motion assist device 1 and a stationary arm 12 provided integrally with the height adjustment body 10.
