The present invention relates to a functional package material to provide texture of paper and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a technical field relating to a package material, bonding non-woven fabric on a thin packaging material provided as a bag to contain powder or granular drugs (including quasi-drug), a cosmetics bag to contain a mask pack, or a food package pack provided to receive and pack food content, so as to provide a paper tearing sound and the texture of paper when a user cuts the bag by holding a cut part. According to the present invention, the method to manufacture the package material used for food, drugs, and cosmetics comprises: a step of bonding sheets through a dry or adhesive bonding process when ultrafine non-woven fabric within a range of 0.09 0.02 mm to 0.15 0.02 mm is bonded between a printing medium layer selected among oriented poly propylene (OPP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and nylon, and a storage layer formed by stacking linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) on aluminum.본원은 종이 질감을 갖도록 제공되는 기능성 포장재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 분체상 또는 과립상의 의약품(의약부외품 포함)을 수용하는 봉지나 마스크팩을 수용하는 화장품 봉지 팩이나 식품 내용물을 봉입한 후 포장하도록 제공되는 식품 포장팩으로 제공되는 얇은 포장재에 부직포를 합지시켜 절개부를 잡고 절단시킬 때 짝-악하며 종이 찢기는 음원과 종이 질감을 주는 포장재 관련 기술분야의 발명이다.본원은 식품이나 의약품, 화장료의 포장지로 사용되는 포장재의 제조방법으로서, OPP(Oriented Poly Propylene), PET(polyethylene terephthalate), 나일론 중에서 선택되는 인쇄매개층과 알루미늄에 LLDPE(Linear low-density polyethylene)가 적층된 보관층 사이에 0.09±0.02 ㎜ ~0.15±0.02 ㎜ 범위의 극미세 부직포가 합지될 때 드라이 접합공정이나 접착제 접합공정을 거쳐 합지시키도록 적용되는 포장재를 특징으로 한다.
