PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a device for producing a rolled Sushi from being damaged due to mismatch between the size of a forming plate and that of a thrust-up roller unit without using a sensor.SOLUTION: The device for producing a rolled Sushi includes: a plate mounting part 7 on which any of forming plates 8 different in size can be mounted a thrust-up roller unit 16 which thrusts up and inflects the forming plate 8 mounted on the plate mounting part 7 to be wound in and a controlling part 10 which drives a driving motor 17 with primary torque with which the thrust-up of the thrust-up roller unit 16 stops when both of the thrust-up roller unit 16 and the forming plate 8 interfere with each other, until the thrust-up roller unit 16 gets to a position having possibility to interfere with the forming plate 8, and the driving motor 17 is driven with secondary torque larger than the primary torque after the thrust-up roller unit 16 gets to a position closer than that having the possibility to interfere with the forming plate 8.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】巻き寿司製造装置において、センサを用いずに、成形プレートのサイズと突上ローラユニットとの不適合による破損を防止する。【解決手段】異なるサイズの成形プレート8が装着可能なプレート装着部7と、プレート装着部7に装着された成形プレート8を突き上げて巻き込むように屈曲させる突上ローラユニット16と、突上ローラユニット16が成形プレート8と干渉する可能性がある位置に達するまでは両者が干渉したときに突上ローラユニット16の突き上げが停止する第1のトルクで駆動モータ17を駆動し、突上ローラユニット16が成形プレート8と干渉する可能性がある位置以上になった後は第1のトルクよりも大きな第2のトルクで駆動モータ17を駆動する制御部10とを有する。【選択図】図4
