PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive method from the fire spreading of artificial soil and to provide a preventive structure from the fire spreading. SOLUTION: This preventive method from the fire spreading of the artificial soil comprises setting an artificial soil basis extending as a continuous surface and an isolated part projecting from the surface of the artificial soil basis and creating the uppermost layer of the artificial soil in a section formed by the isolated part. The preventive structure from the fire spreading of the artificial soil has the artificial soil basis extending as the continuous surface, the isolated part projecting from the surface of the artificial soil basis and the uppermost layer of the artificial soil created in the section formed by the isolated section.
