This program trains attention, concentration, working memory, short-term memory, long-term memory, processing speed and executive functions. It is administered to groups of patients twice a week for several weeks to several months, and the sessions usually lasts between 2 to 2.5 hours. The method consists is six exercises selected to stimulate important cognitive functions. Five of them have been specially created and the sixth is an existing game (Jungle Speed, Asmodee Editions) that has been included to the method because it stimulates processing speed and executive functions.
