PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for acquiring/analyzing surgical information in real time in an endoscopic operation automatically preparing a surgical information recording/analyzing file in which surgical instrument insertion/removing hollow tubes such as trocar cannulas are associated with a plurality of surgical instruments to be inserted into/removed from the hollow tubes respectively.

SOLUTION: RFID tags 9i with different IDs are attached to the respective surgical instruments 6i, and RFID antennas 7A, 7B and 7C are attached to trocar cannulas 5A, 5B and 5C respectively. The IDs of the RFID tags 9i are read by an RFID reading/writing control part 3, and data on the time of insertion and removal of each surgical instrument into/from the trocar cannula are obtained in real time. In the system for acquiring and analyzing surgical information in real time under the endoscopic operation, data for using surgical instruments with the number of each trocar cannula, the ID of the surgical instrument inserted into/removed from the trocar cannula, the name of the surgical instrument and the time of insertion/removal as one set of the data are automatically registered in time series in the surgical information recording/analyzing file 200.
