The present invention relates to a vaginal speculum for a gynecological treatment with operation convenience and accuracy and firmness of position control which allows a precise and accurate position movement and can be firmly maintained at a set position in performing a vertical opening operation and extension required during an examination by an overall structure integrated into a handle portion. The vaginal speculum comprises: a lower frame (10) having a shape which can be gripped by a user′s hand； an upper frame (20) coupled to the rear end of the lower frame to allow an opening movement while covering an upper portion of the lower frame； and an operating frame (30) diagonally arranged forwards while being coupled to a coupled portion of the upper and lower frame to perform an opening movement from the lower frame. The upper and lower frame (20, 10) are axially coupled via the operating frame (30).
