The present invention relates to a portable device for notification of a user&primes bad posture. The portable device comprises three pad parts (100) which are attached to the body, and the pad part includes a sensor unit (110), a communication unit (120), a vibration output unit (130), and an information processing unit (140). The portable device enables a user to recognize a posture of the user through three pads attached to a neck, a waist, and a hip. Based on the information, the portable device provides real-time feedback to the user by vibration and allows the user to acknowledge a correction state via a web site and a smart phone.
