The medical synthesis system in this respect includes at least one supporting element and at least one synthesis element, wherein the supporting element is provided for fastening in an organic structure. In this respect, the synthesis element is provided for the fastening to the already fastened supporting element. The synthesis element and the supporting element form a non-releasable coherent unit during application.
