This provides a Construct of single Chain Antibodies biespec u00edfica that binds to a surface antigen of target cells by means of a First Domain Linking and surface antigen CD3 T cells through a Second binding domain, where Serum Albumin is FUSED to the c-terminus of the Construct of Antibodies.Moreover, polinucle u00f3tido provides a Construct encoding the Antibody, a Vector comprising Said polinucle u00f3tido and a host Cell transformed or transfected with this vector.In addition, this provides a process for the production of the Antibodies of this Construct, a medical use of said Antibodies and a kit comprising Said Antibody construct.Claim 1: construct a single Chain Antibodies biespec u00edfica that binds to a surface antigen of target cells by means of a First Domain Linking and surface antigen CD3 T cells through a Second binding domain.Wherein: the second binding domain binds to an epitope of Human cd3e Chains and Callithrix jacchus, Saguinus oedipus or Saimiri sciureus, where the epitope is part of a sequence of amino acids within the group consisting of SEQ ID nos 7, 8, 9, and 10, and...
