A food supplement comprising of: Peperomia pellucida； Blumea balasamifera and Clinopodium douglasii. The process of preparation is comprising the steps of washing with running water, then distilled water, salt solution, and slicing of the plant materials； air drying and heating； pounding and grinding； mixing together the three plants components； and packaging of food supplement according to desired weight and package.
