The present invention relates to a transdermal absorption-type pharmaceutical preparation having improved zonisamide cutaneous permeation. This transdermal absorption-type pharmaceutical preparation is characterized by containing (i) zonisamide or an alkali metal salt thereof and (ii) an ether-type additive containing alpha-monoisostearyl glyceryl ether, monooleyl glyceryl ether, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, polyoxyethylene oleyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl (12-14) ether, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, or a mixture of two or more these. As a result, zonisamide cutaneous permeability can be greatly increased.
