PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification system enabling blood purification means to easily change a treatment condition.SOLUTION: A blood purification system includes: plural pieces of blood purification means 1 installed with a blood purifier for providing blood purification treatment to a patient storage means 3 capable of storing a predetermined computing equation required for the calculation of a treatment condition of the patient and specific information of the patient and central management means 2 capable of transmitting the treatment condition calculated by the predetermined computing equation to specified blood purification means 1. The central management means 2 can transmit, in addition to the treatment condition, the predetermined computing equation required for the calculation of the treatment condition of the patient and specific information of the patient to the specified blood purification means 1.
