The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising an extract of Phyllostachys nigra for adjusting the heat in the skin. The cosmetic composition has a function of suppressing generation of skin troubles caused by heat by adjusting heat in the skin which rises by external environment such as ultraviolet rays, infrared rays, and the like. The composition and a method for wearing a makeup using the same effectively adjust the skin temperature by an extract of Phyllostachys nigra, or a mixture of an extract of Phyllostachys nigra and a sap of Phyllostachys nigra, thereby preventing skin aging and generation of skin troubles caused by heat.본 발명은 자외선, 적외선 등 외부 환경에 의해 상승하는 피부의 열을 조절해 줌으로써 열에 의해 발생하는 피부트러블 현상을 억제해주는 기능을 갖는 오죽 추출물을 함유하는 피부의 열을 조절해주는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 조성물 및 이를 이용한 화장방법은 오죽 추출물 또는 오죽 추출물과 오죽 수액의 혼합물에 의해 피부 온도를 효과적으로 조절하여 열에 의한 피부노화 및 트러블을 방지하는 특징이 있다.
