PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion solution bag unit for using an infusion solution bag while storing in an exterior bag.SOLUTION: An infusion solution bag unit 1 includes an infusion solution bag 3 and an exterior bag 5. The exterior bag has an outer seal 27 and an inner seal 31. The inner seal has a right seal part 35, a left seal part 37, and a central non-seal part 39 of a dimension allowing a plug to enter. The exterior bag has further guide parts 51, 53, 65, and 67 which guide a break line 61 formed on the exterior bag when breaking the exterior bag in the horizontal direction from right or left one side part of the exterior bag to the other side to cross the central non-seal part in the horizontal direction, in between the inner seal and the outer seal or in the inner seal.
