This invention discloses a plant active composition for pesticide-free cultivation and extraction method thereof, which mainly uses herbal medicines including houttuynia, wild chrysanthemum flower, Scutellaria baicalensis, Chinese Hawthorn, and liquorice, each of which is extracted once by water, alcohol, and ethyl acetate solvents, followed by concentration and mixing to obtain the extract of each herbal medicine； then mixing all herbal medicines at least including houttuynia extract, wild chrysanthemum flower extract, Scutellaria baicalensis extract, Chinese Hawthorn extract, and liquorice extract, to obtain the plant active composition. This invention uses antibacterial plant active ingredients and the synergistic effects produced by the combining proportion of the plant active composition, not only increasing the immunity of animals but also achieving excellent feed conversion rate, thereby providing natural pesticide-free healthy breeding conditions.本發明係揭露一種應用於無藥養殖的植物活性組合物及其萃取方法，其主要使用魚腥草、野菊花、黃芩、山楂及甘草等藥材，每一種藥材皆分別經過水、乙醇及乙酸乙酯溶劑各進行一次萃取，再經濃縮混合後可以得到每一藥材的萃取物；然後，將所有藥材，至少包含魚腥草萃取物、野菊花萃取物、黃芩萃取物、山楂萃取物及甘草萃取物全部混合後，即可得到植物活性組合物。本發明利用抑菌的植物活性成分，並藉由植物活性組合物的組合比例具有的協同增效的效應，不但可提高動物的免疫力，更可具有良好的飼料換肉率，進而提供天然無藥健康養殖條件。
