The present invention relates to a blood pressure management device and a blood pressure management method. The blood pressure management device serves as a physiological feedback tool in an autonomic nervous system (ANS) training section for providing a blood measurement function. In the period of ANS training section, a physiological signal sensing unit is attached to a users body for accessing physiological signals related to physiological activities which are affected by the ANS. Meanwhile, the information representing the physiological activities is generated in accordance with the physiological signals and immediately provided to the user for use as a basis to adjust self-physiological activities through the physiological feedback, so as to attain an effect of influencing the blood pressure.本發明關於一種用以調整血壓的血壓管理裝置及方法。該血壓管理裝置用以在一ANS(Autonomic Nervous System,自律神經系統)訓練區段中作為一生理回饋工具,以及用以提供血壓測量功能。在該ANS訓練區段期間,一生理訊號感測單元被依附至使用者身上,以取得相關於受ANS影響的生理活動的生理訊號,且根據該生理訊號會產生一代表該生理活動的資訊,並即時提供給使用者,以作為使用者透過生理回饋而調節自身生理活動的基礎,進而達成影響血壓的效果。
