PURPOSE: A composition containing enzyme hydrolysate of Makkoli lees and Makkoli containing the same are provided to ensure high content of helpful ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing immunity contains Makkoli lees enzyme hydrolysate as an active ingredient. The enzyme is 1,4-alpha-D-glucan glucano-hydrolase, beta-glucanase, arabinase, cellulase, xylanase, pectinase, polygalacturonase, 1,4-alpha-D-glucan glucano-hydrolase, pectinase, cellulase, alpha-amylase, or gluco-amylase. A method for preparing the composition for enhancing immunity comprises: a step of preparing the Makkoli lees; and a step of treating the Makkoli lees with enzyme.본 발명은 막걸리박의 효소 가수분해물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역활성 증강용 조성물 및 이를 첨가하여 제조한 막걸리에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물 및 막걸리는 생리활성 성분이 풍부할 뿐 아니라 항보체 활성이 뛰어나는 등 건강에 유익한 특징이 있다.
