PURPOSE: A composition containing enzyme hydrolysate of Makkoli lees and Makkoli containing the same are provided to ensure high content of helpful ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing immunity contains Makkoli lees enzyme hydrolysate as an active ingredient. The enzyme is 1,4-alpha-D-glucan glucano-hydrolase, beta-glucanase, arabinase, cellulase, xylanase, pectinase, polygalacturonase, 1,4-alpha-D-glucan glucano-hydrolase, pectinase, cellulase, alpha-amylase, or gluco-amylase.
