PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of image reading by displaying two different mamma images in an easy-to-read manner.SOLUTION: This medical image display device is provided with an image circumference cutting means 6 for removing upper/lower/left/right areas of the images from at least two different mamma images S, a greater pectoral muscle cutting means 7 for removing the greater pectoral muscle parts from the images having the greater pectoral muscle parts captured therein, and a gravity center positioning means 9 for calculating geometric centers of gravity from the mamma images and positioning to accord at least the centers of gravity of the two images relative to the direction of aligning the images.
