[Problem] To provide an article in which a hot melt adhesive is used to affix elastically stretchable members and to adhere a first sheet layer and a second sheet layer, the article maintaining both flexibility and the fixation of the elastically stretchable members. [Solution] The aforementioned problem is resolved by providing a first sheet layer (12S) comprising a nonwoven fabric, a second sheet layer (12H) facing one surface of the first sheet layer (12S) and comprising a nonwoven fabric, and, between the two sheet layers, a plurality of slender, elongate elastically stretchable members (19) provided extending in the stretch direction with spaces therebetween. Both ends of the elastically stretchable members (19) are affixed to at least one among the first sheet layer (12S) and the second sheet layer (12H) by a first hot melt adhesive (71). The first sheet layer (12S) and the second sheet layer (12H) are bonded by a second hot melt adhesive (72) in a stretch direction range corresponding to the space between both ends of the elastically stretchable members (19).
