By means of the present invention, the limitation of inlets and outlets of existing surgery tools is overcome, so that surgery tools of various sizes and shapes can be freely inserted and surgery loaded material can be easily discharged. Also, collision and interference between a surgery tool and a surgery tool inlet and outlet unit can be minimized. More particularly, a tube body is made of flexible material having elasticity, and multiple other side opening units for inserting several sorts of tools are formed.
