PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urination auxiliary pad for women which increases a fitting property around a urination section regardless of differences in body shapes of female wearers and effectively prevents a lateral leakage of urine, and an absorbent article where the auxiliary pad is provided.
SOLUTION: The urination auxiliary pad for women includes an annular elastic body 2 and a fixing tool 4 for attaching the urination auxiliary pad 1 for women to the absorbent article. Preferably, the elastic body 2 is covered with a liquid-impermeable or water-shedding sheet 3. The absorbent article includes a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent core provided between them, and the urination auxiliary pad 1 is attached to a position facing the urination section of a woman on the top sheet.
