The installation for water electroactivation is hydraulically connected via the pump to the tank and the pipeline with sprinklers. The bar with the sprinklers is made semi-mounted, resting on support and gauge wheels. The installation for electroactivation includes the top cover with a threaded tip. The cover is made of a dielectric material in the form of a diffuser. The cover is fixed via an elastic gasket to the outer electrode. A separator with a terminal for supplying electric potential is installed between the elastic gasket and the outer electrode. The separator is isolated from the outer electrode with a dielectric gasket. Tubes collected by means of the separators are installed in the inner cavity of the outer electrode.
