PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head comprising a perfusion washing and drainage functions for reducing risk of infection due to surgical operation and shortening a surgical operation time.SOLUTION: A head 10 comprising perfusion washing and drainage functions comprises: a branch pipe group 200 comprising, one end having a connection end 201, and the other end configured so that, a drainage branch pipe 210 and a liquid injection branch pipe 220 extend, in which a drainage opening is provided on a terminal of the drainage branch pipe, and a liquid injection opening is provided on a terminal of the liquid injection branch pipe a pipe body 100 comprising a peripheral wall 111 extending from the connection end and integrated therewith, having plural liquid injection holes 103 on one side, and plural drainage holes 104 on the other side and a partition wall comprising one end formed by extending from a space between the drainage branch pipe and the liquid injection branch pipe, and the other end extending from the terminal of the pipe body.
