PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure that is applied to an attitude control unit of a holder capable of gripping an object and freely changing an attitude, and facilitates replacing an attitude change unit, and the holder, a needle holder and an attachment.SOLUTION: A connecting structure is applied to an attitude control unit of a needle holder 1. The attitude control unit includes: an attitude change unit 30 having an attitude operation unit, a gripping member 32, a turning shaft 35 and a moment application lever 37； and a transmission mechanism 40. A detachable engagement unit 46 is formed which is detachable to a connection unit constituting the transmission mechanism 40.
