In the disclosed solutions, a dental implant comprising an implant body and an abutment with a fixing leg is realized, wherein the implant body and the abutment are elastically conjugated. Dental implant comprises an implant body with an axial hole having an inclined inner surface, the inner diameter of which gradually decreases in a downward direction starting from a predetermined position on the inner surface of the axial hole in the implant body. There is also a first fixation section with a fixing hole in the body of the implant in a predetermined position and a first mating segment with a fixing lug complementary to the first fixation segment.
