PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary absorbent article which has less discomfort during wearing, due to a middle high part, and excellent in leakage prevention effect.SOLUTION: A sanitary absorbent article 1 comprises an absorber 4 which has an excretion part facing part which is arranged to face an excretion part of a wearer, and includes laminated fiber layers 41, 42 including fiber materials, and a high absorbent polymer 43. The absorber 4 has a middle high part 45 whose center part in a lateral direction Y protrudes to a skin side of a wearer, relative to a peripheral part thereof, on the skin facing surface of the excretion part facing part.
