PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breast holding tool for medical use that allows accurate diagnosis of the breast to be performed by preventing the breast from being deformed even when a subject leaves a device, and holding the breast in a shape that allows an examination to be performed easily in a case where the breast is examined on a plurality of devices.SOLUTION: The breast is caused to project by compressing the breast from the periphery of the breast to the nipple. By this, the breast can be surely located in an imaging field of a device. A breast holding tool is provided with belts 4 and 5 for fixing flat plates 1 and 2 for compressing the breast to a subject. Thereby, the flat plates 1 and 2 do not come off the subject even when the subject leaves the device, and the breast is prevented from being deformed even when the subject leaves the device. Accurate diagnosis of the breast is possible when the breast is examined on a plurality of devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】乳房を複数の装置で検査を施す場合に、被検体が装置を離れても乳房を変形させないようにし、かつ検査しやすい形状で乳房を保持することにより乳房の正確な診断を可能とする医用乳房保持具を提供する。【解決手段】本発明によれば、乳房の周囲から乳頭に向けて乳房を圧迫することにより乳房を突出させる。これにより、乳房が確実に装置の撮影視野に位置することになる。さらに、本発明によれば、乳房を圧迫する平板1,2を被検体に固定するベルト4,5を備えている。これにより、被検体が装置を離れても平板1,2が被検体から脱落してしまうことがなく、被検体が装置を離れても乳房は変形しない。本発明によれば、乳房を複数の装置で検査を施す場合に、乳房の正確な診断が可能となる。【選択図】図1
