PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve certainty in which biological information is collected.SOLUTION: An image processing device 10 comprises: an image processing unit such as an image reading unit performing image processing, an image formation unit and the like； and a UI processing unit 12 that accepts a contact operation of a user about the image processing (a copying function, a print function, a scan function, a facsimile function and the like) of the image processing unit, and detects biological information (a pulse, a body temperature, an electrocardiogram, a blood pressure, percent of body fat and the like) on the user implementing the contact operation.
