PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic imaging system that is capable of reducing a resetting work for imaging preparation required due to an inappropriate state of signal reception.SOLUTION: An imaging person sets up an appropriate position relation between a patient S and an upright mount 2 in an imaging room 1. Next, within the imaging room 1, the imaging person checks a signal reception state from a signal reception state display unit 8 provided on an imaging unit 3, and confirms patient information of the patient S, or the like from an imaging information display unit 9. When the signal reception state by the wireless communication between the imaging unit 3 and a signal sending and receiving device 6 is appropriate for X-ray imaging, imaging preparation is initiated.
