The present invention relates to a method of preparing a skewered webfoot octopus dish. More specifically, the method comprises: a first process in which intestines and ink sacks inside the round head parts of webfoot octopi are removed without puncturing the ink sacks, and the webfoot octopi are washed with coarse salt and rinsed cleanly under running water a second process in which a fixed number of the washed webfoot octopi are skewered on a stick, and the skewered webfoot octopi are rapidly cooled to produce a skewered webfoot octopus which is a main material a third process in which hot pepper paste, refined sugar, hot pepper powder, garlic, flavored oil, sodium L-glutamate, and black peppers are mixed to prepare a seasoning sauce which serves as the supplementary material of the skewered webfoot octopus dish a fourth process in which the skewered webfoot octopi, skewered and rapidly cooled in the second process, are thawed in water, and desalted and dehydrated, and mixed with the seasoning sauce serving as the supplementary material such that the seasoning sauce is evenly coated on the webfoot octopi and a fifth process in which the skewered webfoot octopi containing the webfoot octopi mixed with the seasoning sauce, are packaged in small quantities and rapidly frozen at a temperature of -18°C or less. According to the present invention, a webfoot octopus, which is capable of preventing diseases related to blood circulation and blood vessels for being rich in unsaturated fatty acids and DHA, is produced as a skewered dish that is complemented in taste, aroma, and nutrients by the supplementary material, seasoning sauce.
