The invention relates to an acupoint massage device. A substrate having at least one opening is disposed in a room of a main body. At least one massage element includes a body portion disposed through the opening, a head portion connected to one end of the body portion and an impact portion connected to the other end of the body portion. At least one spring element is disposed around the body portion and located on one side of the substrate. At least one rotation shaft is disposed in the room, and at least one protrusion which corresponds to the head portion is located on the periphery surface of the rotation shaft. The rotation shaft is driven by a driving module and moves the head portion by the protrusion in a direction substantially away from the substrate.
