PURPOSE: A Schisandra chinensis fermentation and a composition containing the same for enhancing an antibacterial property and immunity are provided to efficiently prevent diseases and to enhance immunity by being applied to various fields such as food compositions or pharmaceutical compositions and to have safety without toxicity or resistance. CONSTITUTION: A Schisandra chinensis fermentation is prepared by fermenting a Schisandra chinensis extract with lactic acid bacteria. The lactic acid bacteria are L. plantarum VITA-L02 (KCTC 12030BP). A method for preparing the fermentation comprises the steps of: extracting Schisandra chinensis and obtaining the Schisandra chinensis extract； and inoculating the extract with the lactic acid bacteria and fermenting. A feed composition, a pharmaceutical composition, and a food composition for enhancing an antibacterial property and immunity contain the fermentation.
