PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease consumption power of a fan and an air conditioner in particular, provide an operability enabling a comfortable and relaxing state to be attained and to store in memory media comfortable sound sources in advance such as river sound or forest sound, little birds singing etc.SOLUTION: This invention provides a fan and an air conditioner including acoustic facility, USB facility, connecting facility with personal computer such as a bluetooth etc. Comfortable sound sources such as river sound, forest sound and little birds singing and the like are stored in advance in the memory medium. Relaxing of body causes a body sensing temperature to be decreased, thereby a consumption power of a fan and an air conditioner is decreased, the situation contributes energy saving and sleeping or rest time contributes recovery of body function.
