Disclosed are heteroaryl compounds that are useful in regulating theexpression ofinterleukin-6 (IL-6) and/or vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM- 1), andtheiruse in the treatment and/or prevention of cardiovascular and inflammatorydiseasesand related disease states, such as, for example, atherosclerosis, asthma,arthritis,cancer, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis, and inflammatory bowel diseases, andautoimmune disease(s).
