PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearing-type urinary incontinence preventing tool for women, simply and safely usable without giving trouble (complication) and great pain in insertion or extraction when using a catheter tube.SOLUTION: A urinary incontinence preventing tool for women has an integrated structure where a bellows 2 provided with a pipe 3 and a lid are provided in a flange 6 of a sheet-like body 1 made of a soft synthetic resin. An opening to pass urine and air is provided in the flange, a removable lid is attached to the tip of the pipe, and a fixation stretchable skin protective tape is attached to the reverse face of the flange so as to be easily attaches to the females external genitalia.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】カテーテル管使用時のトラブル(合併症)や挿入及び抜去時の大変な痛みも感じることなく、簡単で安心して使用できる女性用の装着型尿失禁防止器具を提供する。【解決手段】女性用の尿失禁防止器具は、軟質な合成樹脂でできたシート状本体1の鍔6に、蛇腹2にパイプ3と蓋を設けた一体式の構造となっている。鍔には、尿と空気が通る開口部を設け、パイプの先端には取り外し可能な蓋が取付けてあり、鍔の裏面には固定用伸縮皮膚保護テープを取付けて、女性の外性器に簡単に取付けられる。【選択図】図1
