PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden of an irradiation object by reducing irradiation time while securing a flat and uniform dose distribution on a target.SOLUTION: In a particle beam irradiation system 20, an irradiation object 6 is irradiated with a charged particle beam 2 emitted from an accelerator 22 by means of an irradiation apparatus 30. An irradiation parameter of the particle beam irradiation system is determined by an irradiation planning method.
