PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pain to a patient when taking an impression, and thereby take the impression of the lower jaw back teeth properly.SOLUTION: A curved impression material holding part 41 comprises a central part 11, an inside wall 21 and an outside wall 31. A longitudinal length of the outside wall is shorter than the longitudinal length of the inside wall. An outside boundary point 16 being a boundary point between the side 12 of one end rim in the central part and the side 32 of one end rim in the outside wall is present in the position being near to the center of the central part more than an inside boundary point 15 being a boundary point between the side 12 of one end rim in the central part and the side 22 of one end rim in the inside wall. Accordingly, the vicinity of the outside boundary point and the side of the end rim of the outside wall may not come in abutment with the mandibular torus 101 in the oral cavity and the skin of the mandibular ramus buccinator crest 103, and thereby an impression can be taken accurately and precisely without giving pain to a patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】印象を採得する際に患者への苦痛を少なくし、下顎奥歯の印象を適切に採得する。【解決手段】湾曲した印象材保持部４１が中央部１１と、内側壁部２１と、外側壁部３１とを具備し、外側壁部の長手方向の長さが内側壁部の長手方向の長さより短く、中央部の一方の端縁部の辺１２と外側壁部の一方の端縁部の辺３２との境界点である外側境界点１６が、中央部の一方の端縁部の辺１２と内側壁部の一方の端縁部の辺２２との境界点である内側境界点１５よりも、中央部の中央に近い位置にあるので、外側境界点付近や外側壁部の端縁部の辺が口腔内の下顎隆起１０１や下顎枝頬筋稜１０３の表皮に当たることなく、患者に苦痛を与えず、正確に精度よく印象を採得できる。【選択図】図１
