The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of cosmetics for elasticity and moisture on the skin containing hexagonal water and a cosmetic composition manufactured by the method. More specifically, the manufacturing method comprises: i) a step of heating or cooling an aqueous-phase part； ii) a step of dissolving an oil-phase part or a solubilization part, and homomixing the dissolved oil-phase part of the dissolved solubilization part with the aqueous-phase part； iii) a step of homomixing each part, and cooling the heated aqueous-phase part； and iv) a step of filtering the mixed part, and discharging the mixed part using a magnetized hexagonal apparatus. The cosmetic composition enables to improve a skin moisturizing ability and skin elasticity as well as smoothing the skin surface as smoothly removing a dead skin cell of the outer layer of the skin.본 발명은 육각수를 함유하는 피부 탄력과 보습용 화장료의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 ⅰ) 수상 파트를 가온 또는 냉각하는 단계； ⅱ) 유상 파트 또는 가용화 파트를 용해시킨 후 상기 수상 파트와 호모 믹싱하는 단계； ⅲ) 상기 각 파트를 호모 믹싱 후, 가온된 수상 파트를 냉각시키는 단계； 및 ⅳ) 상기 믹싱된 파트를 여과하면서 자화육각 장치를 이용하여 배출하는 단계；를 포함하는 육각수를 함유하는 피부 탄력과 보습용 화장료의 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법으로 제조된 피부 탄력과 보습용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 피부보습력과 탄력을 향상시키고, 표피의 각질 탈락을 원할하게 하여 피부 표면을 매끄럽게 해주는 효과가 있다.
