PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide outer cover film for agriculture capable of: suppressing change in temperature at the covered inner section； improving cultivation environment for farm products and operation environment for farmers； and suppressing disease in the farm products.SOLUTION: Outer cover film 1 for agriculture comprises small holes 2 having hole diameter of 2.0 mm or more and less than 5.0 mm. The number of the small holes 2 is 5 to 200 per 100 cmas the area of film surface. On at least the film inner surface or the film outer surface, a hydrophilic membrane 3 for moistening at least one part or all part of inner section of the small holes is formed.
