An accurate method for evaluating dose to skin is disclosed. The dose evaluation method of the present invention comprises the steps of fabricating a custom mock subject that precisely depicts the patient's skin layer and applying the completed custom mock subject to the Geant4 computer simulation system, and establishing the same environment as the treatment environment the patient will receive. By including the step of performing computer simulation and predicting the exact skin dose, it is possible to check the condition of the base layer with a very thin thickness by measuring using high-frequency ultrasonic waves of 50 MHz or more when manufacturing a patient-specific mock exposure. Since the simulated exposure object can accurately describe the thickness of the patient's base layer, it is effective in calculating the exact skin dose.피부에 대한 정확한 선량 평가 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 선량평가방법은 환자의 피부층을 정밀 묘사한 맞춤용 모의피폭체를 제작하는 단계와 완성된 맞춤형 모의피폭체를 Geant4 전산모사 시스템에 적용하고 환자가 받게 될 치료 환경과 동일한 환경을 구축하여 전산모사를 시행하는 단계 및 정확한 피부선량을 예측하는 단계를 포함하게 함으로써, 환자 맞춤형 모의피폭체 제작시, 50 MHz 이상의 고주파 초음파를 이용하여 측정함으로써 아주 얇은 두께를 가진 기저층의 상태까지도 확인이 가능하여 모의피폭체가 환자의 기저층의 두께를 정확히 묘사할 수 있기 때문에 정확한 피부선량을 계산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
