PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which: new usability of a henna flower part needs to be developed and especially new component material that is industrially useful should be found out from an extractable material extracted from the henna flower part.SOLUTION: A novel acetophenone glucoside, what is called, "makonoside" as shown in a formula (I) is successfully identified from an extractable material extracted from a henna flower part so that a neuronal differentiation induction effect is found in the glucoside and a derivative thereof. A new technical concept is provided such as a pharmaceutical composition including the compound thereof, a cosmetic, a functional food, a preparation method thereof, and a medical treatment method using the pharmaceutical composition.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】ヘンナの花部の新たな有用性を開発することを課題とした。特に、ヘンナの花部の抽出物から産業上有用な新規成分物質を見出すことを課題とした。【解決手段】ヘンナの花部の抽出物から式(I)で示す新規アセトフェノン配糖体、マコノシドを同定することに成功し、さらに当該配糖体およびその誘導体が神経分化誘導効果を示すことを見出した。これらの化合物を含む医薬組成物、化粧品、機能性食品、その調製方法、およびその医薬組成物を用いた治療方法などの新しい技術思想を提供するものである。【選択図】なし
