PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of reducing time and effort required for discharge work of a fertilizer.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter comprises: a seedling placing table 51 a seedling planting apparatus 60 for taking seedlings from the seedling placing table 51 and planting the seedlings to a field and a fertilizer application apparatus 70 for supplying a fertilizer to the field. The fertilizer application apparatus 70 comprises storage hoppers 71, 72 in which the fertilizer is stored, and openable/closable cover parts 73, 74 which are supported rotatably to the storage hoppers 71, 72 in a machine body longitudinal direction. The storage hoppers 71, 72 are supported rotatably to a vehicle body 2 in the machine body longitudinal direction.
