The present invention relates to a 3-dimensional cell sheet for wound or ulcer treatment, and to a method of producing same. The cell sheet of the present invention can be produced without mouse-derived nutritional cells, special equipment, and special scaffolds. The cell sheet can be very easily detached from a culture medium through a simple physical method even without using a cell separator, and transplantation can be performed irrespective of the shape and size of a defective part. Accordingly, the cell sheet of the present invention can be usefully used for treating a mucosal defect, an ulcer, and the like after an operation of the oral cavity, the pharynx, the esophagus, or the like requiring re-epithelialization.La présente invention concerne une feuille cellulaire tridimensionnelle pour le traitement de plaies ou d'ulcères, et son procédé de production. La feuille cellulaire de la présente invention peut être produite sans cellules nutritives dérivées de souris, un équipement spécial et des structures spéciales. La feuille cellulaire peut être très facilement détachée d'un milieu de culture par un procédé physique simple, même sans utiliser un séparateur de cellules, et une transplantation peut être effectuée indépendamment de la forme et de la taille d'une partie défectueuse. En conséquence, la feuille cellulaire de la présente invention peut être utilement employée pour traiter un défaut de muqueuse, un ulcère, etc., et similaire, après une opération de la cavité buccale, du pharynx, de l'oesophage ou similaire nécessitant une réépithélialisation.본 발명은 상처 또는 궤양치료를 위한 3차원 세포시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 세포시트는 마우스 유래 영양세포, 특별한 장비 및 특별한 골격체(scaffolds) 없이 제조가 가능하고, 세포 분리제 사용 없이도 간단한 물리적 방법으로 배지로부터 세포시트의 탈착이 매우 용이하고, 결손부의 모양과 크기에 상관없이 이식이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 세포시트는 재상피화(re-epithelialization)가 요구되는 구강, 인두, 식도 등 수술 후 점막 결손과 궤양 등의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
