The present invention relates to a new variety of apple &prime；Jafu&prime； of which a fruit shape is circular in an apple system and of which a rind color is painted on the entire surface. The rind color is pink and red and a weight of a fruit is 350 to 450g. A first top working is applied to M9 by stacking mutants of which a pulp color of the fruit is ivory white. The new variety of an apple is capable of stably producing in large quantities by asexual breeding as a genetic trait of a seed tree is equally succeeded in a top working tree by being nurtured through a process of top working to the M9 again. Therefore, according to the present invention, the new variety of an apple &prime；Jafu&prime； is great in epiphytism with a big fruit having an ivory white-colored pulp and is regarded as a high quality apple corresponding to a customer&prime；s preference. The present invention is expected to contribute to an increase of an income of an apple farm since a superior genetic property is stably kept by the asexual breeding.본 발명은 사과 후지 계통에서 과실의 과형이 원형이며, 과피착색이 전면착색이고 과피착색 색조는 분홍빛 적색, 과실의 중량이 350~450g, 과실의 과육 색깔이 유백색인 특성을 지닌 변이체를 적취하여 M9(자근대목)에 1차 고접하고, 이를 다시 M9(자근대목)에 고접하는 과정을 통해 육성되어 고접수에서 동일하게 모수의 유전적 특성이 계승되며 무성번식에 의하여 안정적으로 대량생산이 가능한 사과 신품종에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 사과 신품종 자후는 착색성이 뛰어나며, 과실이 크고, 과육의 색깔이 유백색으로서 소비자의 기호에 부응하는 고품질 사과로 평가되며, 무성번식에 의하여 우수한 유전적 형질이 안정적으로 유지되어 사과 재배 농가의 소득증대에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
