The present invention relates specifically to novel T cell receptor (TCR) -based molecules that are selective and specific for the TAAs of the present invention. The TCR of the present invention and the TAA binding fragment derived therefrom are useful for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of TAA expressing cancer disease.
