Provided are a foot measurement system and a measurement method thereof. The foot measurement system is suitable for allowing customers to perform a foot contour scanning in various shoe shops, and includes a measurement device and a processing device. The foot of a customer is put on the measurement device. A scanning interface and an image detection unit arranged on a carrying unit of the measurement device are employed to simultaneously perform scanning and photographing operations on the sole and the appearance contour of the foot of the customer. The data obtained from scanning and photographing is transmitted to an image calculation unit of the measurement device for performing a conversion operation. Then, the result obtained by the image calculation unit is transmitted to a data comparison unit of the processing device for being compared with a database to search for shoe styles of appropriate size, which are displayed on the display unit of the processing device, thereby allowing the customer to select a suitable shoe size for printout.
