According to the present invention, a teat cup gripper attached to an end portion of a robot arm moved by control of a controller for milking comprises: a sensor attached housing which is formed in a rear part of a body of the milking gripper； a grip operation housing which is formed to protrude in a front of the sensor attached housing； and a gripper finger unit which is mounted on the grip operation housing. The sensor attached housing includes a slope surface sloped upwardly in a boundary of a front surface of the sensor attached housing and an upper surface of the grip operation housing, and has a sensor for receiving laser beams for detecting teats mounted on the slope surface. A laser device for generating laser beams for detecting teats is mounted on an upper surface of the grip operation housing, and a disposition angle between an emitted surface of the laser device and a receiving light surface of the sensor is 135-145 degrees.
